*All animals being purchased must be paid in full before they can be shipped.

*Shipping in inclement weather will be at my discretion.

*Live arrival is always guaranteed. In the unfortunate and rare event an animal is deceased upon arrival photos must be sent to me the same day. If we can not agree on a replacement or a replacement is not available a full refund will be given.

*If anything is wrong with your boa upon arrival I must be notified immediately so that any issues can be worked through and resolved.

*We do not offer payment plans. Payment options will be offered at checkout. If you prefer another method of payment that’s not listed please contact me so we can explore that option.

*Shipping is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I work 24hr shifts every other day so a shipping date that works best for both of us will be agreed upon and fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.

*We only ship to the nearest FedEx hub to you unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the sale.
